amicus interiors management
Office fitout company Amicus Interiors were keen to change their work place to one where the team could work more efficiently. They did this by incorporating an Activity Based Working (ABW) environment. This meant that staff daily choose a new desk or area to work from, and at the end of each day, the desks were emptied with all belongings housed in personal lockers. By designing more diverse and adaptable areas, staff now have the flexibility to choose their area for either quiet work or collaboration and creativity.

The design introduced a range of working environments including standard workstations, shared desks, interactive bench space, casual meeting areas, and private meeting rooms. The four corporate colours were used throughout creating both a fun and bright environment. The refurbishment was not only a physical transformation but one that successfully created a culture change in the way the staff worked together.
