Establish the direction of both the function and aesthetics of the design
Prepare and present a concept for client review, including initial layouts, mood images and a preliminary selection of finishes and fittings
Obtain client approval before proceeding to the next stage
Develop approved concept into documentation and schedules
Coordinate and develop the design with job consultants and contractors
Develop finishes, fixtures, lighting and fitting selections

Communicate with the builders and subcontractors the details and design intent
