Both the Harbour Home and Bay Home were featured in the Excellence in Housing Awards, annual 2023/2024. The Harbour Home was awarded the winner in Excellence in Housing Awards, in the category of house alterations and additions, in the $10 million–$13 million range. The Bay Home was listed as a finalist, in the category of house alterations and additions, in the $5 million–$6 million range.
